Medium-term objective of partnership is to create a National system of voluntary certification of  green building and operation of real estate, infrastructure, urban development (RSABC - Standard).

Green construction, green buildings - is the practice of construction and operation of buildings, which aims to reduce consumption of energy and material resources throughout the building's life cycle: from site selection to design, construction, operation, repair and destruction.

Another goal of green building is to maintain or improve the quality of buildings and the comfort of their internal environment and external environment, creating self-sustaining mechanisms for the sustainable development of cities and settlements.

 Creating a system of certification based on the following principles:

1. Using the best available Russian and international methods, approaches, developments

2. Interdisciplinary approach to creating a system based on the working group includes leading experts in the field of architecture, ecology, energy, engineering and other areas

3. Involving all stakeholders to participate

We invite everyone to participate in the creation of a National certification system of green buildings and settlements (RSABC - Standard).
